Since my prelimary task I have learned allot of techniques in photoshop. One of the most benificiall for me was learning to use image manipulation. I even used more advanced techniques such as masking and texturing.

In my opinion the double page spread is a big example of how I have progressed. Everything in the background except the picture of clouds, which I took from the window of a plane. Was made in photoshop using lines, gradient and changing the hue and saturation. Being very intracate to make I feel this stands out in comparison to my prelimary task.

The representation of my audience will be positive and drive to oppose negative stereotypes given by media. Readers will feel good about being part of a positive subculture and will in turn add to the brand identity.

The magazine will use slang/colloquial terms but will keep it to a minimum such as not mispelling words to try look 'cool' as many of my audience would be against this and feel it was childish.

Also king magazine is pro consumerist as it is selling a lifestyle to its audience, given the independence of the magazine and not being in a media conglomerate it is essential that we take revenue from advertisers.

The audience how ether, will not be against this and will appreciate the content that we advertise and review as we will give them nothing but the best.
